Once a month, Nanaimo Foodshare's Good Food Box program offers families a chance to participate in a bulk buying produce program that makes it possible for them to include fresh produce in their diet. For the low price of $10.00, a family receives a box of high quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Despite this low cost, we are finding an increasing number of families in our community that cannot even afford the $10.00
We would like to invite you to sponsor a family for up to 6 months of the Good Food Box Program. It's a simple and inexpensive way to have a major impact on a family's health and wellness. By providing a gift of fresh healthy food you will be helping to improve their health and to prevent disease.
