We are pleased to offer this FREE after-school cooking program in partnership with John Barsby Community School.  The sessions are all offered at Barsby in their home economics room.


Hospitality Training

Scratch is an 8-week food and cooking skills program for youth in grades 8-10.

Ideal for teens that want to enhance their food related skills and employability in the food industry.

The program includes:

  • Foodsafe
  • Meal planning
  • Cooking skill/kitchen skills
  • Guest speakers
  • Possible volunteer placements
