Ages 12-16 Years Thursdays 3:15 - 5:00 John Barsby Secondary School
We are pleased to offer this FREE after-school cooking program in partnership with John Barsby Community School. The sessions are all offered at Barsby in their home economics room.
Hospitality Training
Scratch is an 8-week food and cooking skills program for youth in grades 8-10.
Ideal for teens that want to enhance their food related skills and employability in the food industry.
The program includes:
- Foodsafe
- Meal planning
- Cooking skill/kitchen skills
- Guest speakers
- Possible volunteer placements
